As part of the Citizenship topic “Democracy”, Year 3 brought the book Animal Election to life through a small classroom activity.
The pupils transformed their room into a true forest full of characters! Some played the role of animal candidates, delivering creative and humorous campaign speeches. There were promises of more bananas, clean rivers, and homes for all! With laughter and applause, this dramatization showed that learning can be an exciting adventure where everyone participates and imagines freely.
In the end, the key message stood out: voting is important, but listening to others’ ideas is essential too!
